Our consciousness expands when we become aware of things we weren’t aware of before, giving us a wider perspective from which to make decisions in our life daily. Leaders with a commitment to awakening consciousness make better leaders. They are more self aware, exhibit greater levels of wisdom and skill. Their relationships and interactions are more profound and meaningful. They make better decisions with less and less attachment to their egos and emotions. 

Being of service is a concept that carries profound significance across many cultures, philosophies, and spiritual traditions. It generally refers to the act of helping others, contributing to the well-being of a community, or living in a way that prioritizes the needs of others as much as or more than one’s own.

Difference from Traditional Orthodoxy:

The traditional orthodoxy around consciousness and being of service in business is shaped by pragmatic, results-oriented approaches that prioritized efficiency, profit maximization, and hierarchical structures. In this framework, service to others, especially in the context of leadership, is often seen in more utilitarian or transactional terms—focused on meeting business objectives, fulfilling roles, and ensuring productivity.
